1/6Muse Vanessa Traina shoulders up to the designer in the body-hugging dress he customized.
2/6A stretch cotton turtleneck dress (we used one by American Apparel) Two shoulder pads Scissors, needle, and thread
3/6Wrap the dress sleeves over the shoulder pads and sew into place.
4/6Cut the sleeves off the dress, leaving a few inches of fabric past the armhole seams.
5/6Sew a cover around each shoulder pad using the discarded sleeve fabric.
6/6Enjoy your new dress that hits the strong shoulder look spot on.
