How to Make a Plaid Sequined Tee
1/10What You Need
-A solid-colored T-shirt
-Sequin strips in four different colors
-A clear grid ruler
-Scissors
-Tailor's chalk
-Fabric glue
2/10Apply Glue
To begin the plaid pattern, apply a thin line of glue on the horizontal chalk line that's third from the bottom.
3/10Create a Grid
After drawing a vertical line down the center of the shirt, continue drawing parallel vertical lines every two inches to create a grid.
4/10Press Sequin Ribbon into the Glue
Press the first color of your sequin ribbon into the glue, and trim the tail at the end of the shirt.
5/10Glue the Second Sequin Color
Glue sequin ribbons in the second color against both sides of the first strip to create a row three strips thick.
6/10Repeat the Pattern Horizontally
Repeat this pattern horizontally; the thick center row should land every five chalk line rows.
7/10Glue the Third Sequin Color
In the third color, glue a strip of sequins halfway between the thick row and the chalk line directly above it. Then glue another halfway between the thick row and the chalk line below it.
8/10Repeat the Pattern Vertically
Follow the same pattern vertically, two lines away from the center line in each direction. Lastly, apply sequins in the fourth and final color on the middle chalk line in each direction. Trim the edges of all the sequin ribbons and allow the glue to dry completely before wearing.

Lay the shirt flat, and draw lines every two inches starting at the bottom hem.
