SUPER KAWAII:** "I look to the Harajuku girls on the streets of Japan for styling tips. Sure their outfits can be a bit outrageous, but they take pride in it and I admire them for that. These girls are brave enough to be themselves in public."

TWISTED TWIGGY:** "I would describe my style as classic with a twist. Day-to-day I try and channel Twiggy in a modern way that suits me."

MODEL BLOGGER:** "I just signed a contract to model for a small Japanese modeling agency. I also have a travel/fashion blog called Candy Kawaii Lover."
JOY FOR JAPAN: "I love Japanese thrift stores; they sell a lot of one-of-a-kind items, as well as, brand name goodies. In addition, my favorite designers include Yohji Yamamoto and Rei Kawakubo. These two manage to create timeless yet edgy pieces."
