She has had it saved in a drawer for two years.

When Kourtney Kardashian chopped off her son Reign's long hair two years ago, she saved the lengths in a braid and kept them in her drawer. This isn't that weird, parents often save hair from their child's first big haircut, but Kourtney admitted that she also smells the braid from time to time.

In a new feature with Interview, Kourtney and her sister Khloé let readers into their bedrooms, where Kourtney keeps Reign's now-two-year-old braid. (Reign is currently seven years old.) She tells her sister what's next to her bed — water, a candle, some papers she will probably never go through, a Lalique vase reminiscent of one owned by her late father — and reveals that Reign's hair is hidden in a "secret drawer" in her nightstand. "I have Reign's hair because we didn't cut his hair until he was five," Kourt explains. "So I have his long braid, and I smell it often." (Hey, whatever helps you sleep at night!)

If you're a Keeping Up with the Kardashians or The Kardashians fan, you're probably well aware of Reign's lush, long waves. Kourtney's youngest child was known for his shoulder-sweeping hair, which he often wore loose or in ponytails. You'd also know about the criticism he and Kourtney got for letting him grow it so long. Kourtney and her former partner Scott Disick buzzed Reign's hair completely off when he was five, and now the seven-year-old rocks a short cut.

Honestly, it's kind of sweet that Kourtney has kept Reign's hair as a memento, even if the smelling part is a little too Crispin Glover as the villain in Charlie's Angels.

In the same interview, Kourtney also revealed that she has a box of positive quotes given to her by her sister Kendall Jenner next to her bed. You're supposed to draw a quote each morning and let it set the tone for your day. This admission takes Khloé by surprise, and she claims she didn't get one. Looks like your holiday shopping for KoKo is figured out, Kendall!
