Swedish singer Lexie Levin is officially no longer a member of the upcoming girl group SAINT SATINE, as confirmed by labels HYBE and Geffen.

On July 13, the two labels, collectively known as HxG, posted a joint statement announcing Lexie's departure from the group via Weverse and social media. “Following extensive and thoughtful discussions with Lexie regarding the group's future activities, both parties have mutually agreed to part ways,” the statement reads. The notice also clarified that Lexie wouldn't continue under HxG as an independent artist either.

SAINT SATINE is HYBE x Geffen's new girl group and is still scheduled to debut in 2026. It originally featured three former competitors from The Debut: Dream Academy, where KATSEYE was also famously formed, including Lexie (who previously also left the competition of her own accord after seven weeks), Emily Kelavos, and Samara Siqueira. The fourth member, Tobi Sakura, was selected via the competition show World Scout: The Final Piece and picked in May.

News of Lexie's departure from the group comes just days after the remaining members of SAINT SATINE attended a World Cup game in Los Angeles, where the group had moved in together in May after attending Coachella 2026 together, as a trio. Pictures of the three members were posted to the group's official social media accounts leaving many fans to wonder where Lexie was before her imminent exit was made public.

Since the news broke, Lexie has also addressed fans with her own statement posted to her Instagram Story. “When I joined project SAINT SATINE, I truly believed it was the right place for me. I was excited by the presented vision and future plans we were going to be working towards together,” she wrote. “HYBE x Geffen will always have a special place in my heart. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities they've given me and the lessons I've learned from them. But now we have come to the mutual decision that this is the right time for us to move forward separately. While it feels heavy-hearted, I have found peace in that some things in life aren't destined. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the team, but we have different ways of operating, and that's okay!”

Lexie urged fans to “keep supporting SAINT SATINE” and added “Emily, Samara and Sakura are my forever sisters. We will always support each other and want the best for each and every one of us!” She also implied this won't be the last we hear of her. “I'm on my next adventure,” she teased. “My debut and future might look different than what you expected but stay tuned! I'm not done yet.”
